Hi all. I'm still not sure I want to sell this, but here it goes. I have for sale a new old stock Omega Olympic Collection London 2012 Seamaster Co-Axial Chronometer, Ref. 5184.108.40.206.02.001, that was purchased NEW from an Omega AUTHORIZED DEALER in November of 2019. Given that this was a 2011 release commemorating the 2012 Olympics, I am fairly certain that I obtained the last of the AD stock in the world and it took me a long time to find the watch, let alone a new piece.
This 39mm Seamaster has an Omega 2202 Co-Axial movement and is limited to 1948 pieces, given that it was modeled on the original 1948 Seamaster. It is COSC-certified,120m water resistant and has an 18k gold medallion of the 2012 Olymics logo. This is not the Basel 2018 release with newer Omega METAS movement in the 38mm case. More information about this watch can be obtained directly from Omega here:https://www.omegawatches.com/en-us/w...52223392002001
As mentioned, the watch purchased new in late November 2019 and has been worn for about 10 days. It has wear consistent with 10 days worth of wear in an office setting, which is to say, not much can be seen other than some very fine hairline marks on the polished surfaces of the case back, and though I can't see any, perhaps other fine hairline marks elsewhere on the case. Though I make no guarantees as to its timekeeping, it has over the course of the last 10 days been between +1 and +2/seconds/day, well within COSC specs. The strap has light signs of wear.
The package is absolutely complete, as it came from an AD. It has the white outer Omega box, commemorative inner box, commemorative white card holder, all four red card cards (AD-stamped International Warrany, Chronometer Certificate, Pictograms, Limited Edition card, all of which reference the specific watch), commemorative paper certificate from Omega referencing the specific watch, hang tag specific to the watch, manual, and the AD receipt and paperwork. Given that it is an AD purchase, per the dealer it has a 5 year Omega warranty through November 2024.
I'm listing this at $5900 OBO, to include fully-insured priority shipping within the United States to a PayPal-verified address and I will pay the PP fees. I have excellent feedback on this site from the many deals I've done here--just search my username.
