First of all, I'd like to point out that I am listing the matching hardtop. Willing to sell together or seperate.
This car runs and drives great, it's seriously one of the tightest miatas I've driven without a rollbar (and super tight with the hardtop on) It's a shame that the hardtop is worth almost as much as the car now lol.
This is a salvage title miata! I have a complete breakdown of the fixing process documented on this site. I'm going to admit up front that it's a little ratchet still. (More about the cons later)
You will not find a better running and driving miata, but there are some things I still haven't fixed (both cosmetic and functional). My goal was to get her road worthy
Mods/extras/Maintenance within last 2 years below:
New spark plugs, wires
Meister R GT1 custom coilovers (5/6k rate)
Nardi Wooden Steering wheel
Nardi Wooden Ebrake and Shift Knob
Racing Beat front and rear underbody bracing
Racing Beat Muffler with resonator delete
Fresh Unicorn Blood in the trans and shift turret (rebuilt shifter bushings, etc)
Fresh Rear Diff fluid
4.10 gear LSD
Non-leaking glass defrost top. (Its a little old but no leaks)
Rota Slipstream wheels and decent tread on existing tires (less than 27lbs/each corner)
Needs a good airbag module installed (airbag light on, no airbags deployed)
Front bumper is messed up
Rear view mirror is in hand but not installed
$2500 for car (details/price can be adjusted if you want the Meister R GT1's or have factory suspension reinstalled...)
$1500 for top
Price negotiable on both. Would prefer to sell as a package deal, but I realize this car is likely worth less than the sum of its parts. I have lots of extras to include with the sale (extra radiator, factory exhaust, extra headlight, Shinsen shifter, Shinsen tail light housings, cargo net, factory suspension, etc)
I'm also thinking about parting out the hardtop and Meister R GT1's seperately so feel free to pm me about those as options.
My brother just bought a miata and this is a far better drive than most NB's out there in the $3000 price range...its even more noticeable when you drive another miata back to back.
Lots of pictures...I'll start with originals and "pre-mods" as I bought her, then show some mods.
Next post will be details about the accident and repairs, then photos as she sits today. Thanks for reading this far...Attachment 1
